Refund Policy

If the product does not work, arrives damaged, or does not do what we described on the website, get in touch. We will look into the problem and, where appropriate, refund you or replace the product in line with the terms of this policy.

Always contact us before returning anything. Once we confirm, we will send you instructions on how to ship the product back to us. The product may need to be returned in its original packaging.

Products sent back without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Check the product as soon as your order arrives. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will put it right.

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If it is, you will be refunded to the same payment method you paid with, usually within about 10 working days.
